Mr. Allan has more than 25 years of financial and operational management experience in the self storage industry as a self storage acquisition and development specialist. Optivest Properties/RightSpace Storage currently manages properties across seven states, including Arizona, California, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico and Texas.
